1st Vice President of Membership - Kim Dushinski

Kim is a 1988 graduate of the University of Denver (Rho). While a collegian she served as Historian, Corresponding Secretary, and Chapter President. Soon after graduation she became the CCD of the Rho chapter and after that served on the House Corporation Board for several years. She is the Marketing Director for Premier Roofing Company and is enrolled in Western Governors University earning her Masters in Management and Leadership. She lives in Lakewood with her husband Ken, daughter Anya (when she’s on school break from DU) and their dog Luci. Kim enjoys gardening, reading and blogging.

Deb Clayton
Deb attended college at Western Illinois University and initiated into the Epsilon Omicron Chapter in 1974. As an active member of Delta Zeta Deb served as Co-Panhellenic Delegate, Recording Secretary, and Big Sister Educator. Deb received her MA in Communication and Gerontology and moved to New Jersey where she enjoyed a long career in Clinical Development. Deb also lived and worked in Milan, Italy for several years. In 2005 Deb married Patrick Clayton and moved to Roxborough Park in Colorado. Deb currently works as the research regulatory affairs monitor for all ongoing human subjects at National Jewish Health in Denver. Deb also volunteers as an advisor for the Rho Chapter at the University of Denver. Deb enjoys her dogs and cats, a small card-making business, barre fitness, travel, and cheering for her New York Yankees.
Secretary - Becca Weig

Becca graduated from the University of Denver (Rho) in 2013 with a BSBA in Marketing. During her collegiate years, Becca served as the Region Weekend Chairman, Nominating Committee Representative, Standards Board Representative, and Sportswear Chairman. Not only is Becca the Social Chair for the Denver Alumnae Chapter, but also volunteers as the Financial Advisor for the Delta Xi Collegiate Chapter. Becca works as a Dedicated Service Representative for Oppenheimer Funds. She is originally from Massachusetts but after 7 years in Colorado has learned to call Denver home. In her spare time Becca enjoys skiing, camping, cooking, tennis, hiking, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
Social/Philanthropy Chair - Roxanne Wang
Roxanne is a 2011 graduate of The Ohio State University. As an active member she served as the Social Chair and Sisterhood Chair of the Theta Chapter. Roxanne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and Marketing and currently works for Pearson Education as a Publisher's Consultant. She recently moved to Colorado about 1 and a half years ago and has started taking ski lessons! She also has bunny named Butters who made the move from Ohio with her!
Treasurer - Cynthia Petrarca

Cynthia is a 1984 graduate of the Rho Chapter of the University of Denver. She was a part of the group that re-colonized the chapter. While Cynthia was an active member she served the chapter as Corresponding Secretary and President. Cynthia also served as CCD for the chapter in the late 80's. Cynthia is originally from Pittsburgh, and remains a loyal Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She has been married to her husband John for 26 years. Her son Luke is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he is a Sigma Nu. Her daughter Alexis is a junior at Seton Hill University. Cynthia is employed by BMO Harris Bank as a Product Manager. In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys scrapbooking, cooking and travel.​

Courtney is a 2009 graduate of Kent State University in Ohio where she served as Vice President of New Member Education and President of the Gamma Kappa Chapter. While serving as VPNME Courtney's chapter won Delta Zeta's prestigious Caryatides Award which is presented to six chapters at Convention each biennium best envisioning and fulfilling a New Member Education Program that has brought enrichment to the new members. After college, Courtney moved to Denver to attend graduate school at the University of Denver earning a MA in International Human Rights in 2012. She currently serves as the Recruitment Advisor for the Rho Chapter and teaches Social Studies at West Career Academy in Denver. Courtney lives in Denver and is also a Delta Zeta Florence Hood Miner Winner.
Denver Area Panehllenic Delegate - Haydan Smith

Haydan is a 2015 graduate of the Pi Epsilon chapter at Clemson University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry. As a collegian, she was the activities chairman as well as an active member of the Philanthropy and Greek Programming committees. Since graduating, Haydan worked as a lab technician in Charlotte before moving to Denver to pursue her PhD in Cancer Biology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. When she is not studying or researching, Haydan enjoys running, watching Clemson football, playing with her cat Kitty, cooking vegetarian meals and discovering all the fun Denver has to offer!

Melissa graduated in 2010 with a BSBA from the University of Denver (Rho). As an active member Melissa served as Guard and Treasurer. Currently, Melissa works as an Enterprise Performance Management consultant. Melissa grew up in Colorado and loves taking advantage of the outdoors. Melissa enjoys skiing, hiking, and being involved with Delta Zeta.
